How does the process of filling data and signing documents works when a document with multiple signers is being sent to all at once?

When a document is sent to be filled and signed by everyone at the same time, first all signers will be notified to fill in their data. Once all the necessary data is filled, a notification will be sent to everyone to proceed to sign the document, regardless of the order.
